The inside gold velvet is in good shape with some marks where jewelry from the past may have been placed. I love the old-time sticker on the bottom which reads: Tiffany’s Boutique, 358-3285, Beevillle, Tex. I am unsure what the 299 marking is, I am leaving everything on the bottom of the item because it adds charm and character.
